On February 4, 2011, the Honourable Tony Clement, Minister of Industry and Minister responsible for the Canadian Space Agency, the Honourable Ramona Jennex, Minister of Education for Nova Scotia and Canadian astronaut Dr. Robert Thirsk visited Southdale-North Woodside School in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, to highlight the signing of an agreement with the Province of Nova Scotia to bring space exploration–related educational products into schools.
