The Honourable Tony Clement, Minister of Industry, speaking on February 28, 2011 at the offices of EMS Technologies Canada about the company's successful commercialization of an aircraft–satellite communication system. In 2009, the company received support from the government through an investment from the Strategic Aerospace and Defence Initiative.
