Prime Minister Stephen Harper announced the recipients of the 2011 Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarships. He was joined by Gary Goodyear, Minister of State (Science and Technology), and scholarship winner Dr. Carolina Alba, a cardiologist and assistant professor at McMaster University.
