Today in Winnipeg, Maxime Bernier (centre), Minister of Small Business and Tourism announced today with Peter Bjornson (left), Manitoba's Minister of Entrepreneurship, Training, and Trade and Graham Starmer, President of the Manitoba Chamber of Commerce announced the launch of BizPaL, an online business permit and licence service that saves time on paperwork and helps entrepreneurs start up faster, in 14 additional Manitoban communities.
