The Honourable Gary Goodyear, Minister of State (Science and Technology), today announced the Algal Carbon Conversion Pilot Program, a partnership between the National Research Council of Canada, Canadian Natural and Pond Biofuels, at the Telus Spark in Calgary, Alberta.
