• Communications Technologies for Flexible Resources within the Customer Premises
  This report addresses telecommunications considerations in the modernization of the electrical grid in Canada, and it is the result of a partnership between the CRC and CanmetENERGY, Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) (Varennes‑Quebec). It was funded by the Clean Energy Fund initiative and coordinated by the Office of Energy Research and Development, NRCan.
• Measurements of In‑building Signal Coverage and Building Penetration Loss in Downtown Ottawa at 700, 2500, and 4900 MHz
  In planning for an auction to reallocate the vacated 700 MHz analog television spectrum to mobile communication services, CRC assisted Industry Canada's Spectrum, Information Technologies and Telecommunications sector in assessing the typical frequency dependence of propagation path loss, and consequent signal coverage performance within buildings situated in dense urban environments.

  This report examines Canadian Activity in WiMAX, including Canadian product development, service providers, research activities and regulatory activities of interest.
