Project Description

This project involves installing a two-ply modified bitumen roof, covering an area of 51,000 square feet, on two buildings on the Truro Campus.

Primary Areas of Benefit

1. Upgrades health and safety aspects of facilities: The new roofs reduce the risk of leaks and mould growth, thereby improving the health and safety of the facilities for staff and students.
2. Improves energy efficiency: The new roofs reduce heating costs and carbon dioxide emissions by 65 tonnes per year.
