Project Description

This project involves a two-phase campus transformation including remediation and upgrades of the main campus building. Additional work includes replacing the 1970's era building systems with current heating, ventilation and air conditioning units, installing state-of-the-art media technologies, and upgrading the building controls technology. The remediation includes removal of hazardous materials, installation of sprinkler protection, upgrading of the building envelope and rectification of several structural deficiencies.

  3. Upgrades the health and safety aspects of facilities: The renovations improve the health and safety of the facilities for staff and students by reducing the possibility of leaks and mould growth and removing all asbestos and PCB-containing equipment.
