Project Description

This project involves renovating the Lethbridge College Campus Technology Building. The renovation includes replacing an emergency power generator, boilers, and installing a new heating, ventilation and air conditioning system, chillers, building controls, pumps and associated electrical systems. All equipment was upgraded from 80% efficiency equipment to 94% efficiency.

Primary Areas of Benefit

  1. Improves energy efficiency: The new heating, ventilation and air conditioning system, boilers, chillers, pumps and electrical systems are more energy efficient and help reduce emissions.
  2. Upgrades the health and safety aspects of facilities: The health and safety of the campus are improved through the installation of a new emergency power generator.
