Project Description

This project involves construction of a 16,997 square foot building to house a variety of skilled trades and technology programs with an emphasis on electrical training. The new facility includes a computer lab, lab space and four classrooms.

Primary Areas of Benefit

  1. Expands or enhances utility of training space: The focus of the Trades and Technology addition is a facility that concentrates on electricity, sustainability and green technologies. It enhances training space for students enrolled in Welding Techniques, Construction and Home Renovation Techniques, Electrical and Plumbing Techniques, Automotive and Transportation programs, Alternate Energy Technologies and Manufacturing Robotics training.
