Project Description

This project involves renovating the Nellie McLung Building. The project includes upgrading the air handling units, and the heating ventilation and air conditioning system and its controls.

Primary Areas of Benefit

  1. Improves energy efficiency: This project improves energy efficiency by upgrading the heating ventilation and air conditioning system and its controls with more energy efficient equipment.
  2. Upgrades health and safety aspects of facilities: The new heating ventilation and air conditioning system upgrades the health aspect of the building improving air circulation and quality.
