Project Description

This project involves the upgrade and renovation of the college in three phases. During the first phase facilities are renovated to add classrooms. The second phase involves installing equipment to improve the air quality. Finally, the third phase is to repair some of the infrastructure (roof) to bring the facilities up to code.

Primary Areas of Benefit

  1. Improves energy efficiency: The project improves the building’s energy efficiency.
  2. Expands or enhances the utility of training space: The project increases the number of classrooms and supplementary spaces that can be used for teaching purposes with an overall capacity increase anticipated to be 35 students.
  3. Upgrades the health and safety aspects of facilities: The project provides a safer environment for students.
