Human Resources

Skills are critically important to the continued success of Canada's automotive sector, especially in today's knowledge-based and technology-driven economy. Industry Canada works closely with Human Resources and Social Development Canada (HRSDC), in particular Human Resources Partnerships, the Skills and Employment Branch, governments and the learning system to ensure that Canadians have the skills and knowledge required for the workplace.

Additional information on people management and business skills development is available at Human Resources Management, created in association with HRDC.
