If you are interested in becoming a Guardian Trustee, in response to the notice sent on , the following information may be of interest to you.
Bidders will have an opportunity to participate in webinar sessions on : French session from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon followed by an English session from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. The purpose of these sessions is to provide bidders with an opportunity to obtain information on the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) document. Bidders should email a list of any questions they wish to ask during the webinars to the Contracting Authority no later than ten (10) working days prior to the webinars. Bidders will also have an opportunity to ask questions via email during the webinars.
Please register by :
- French webinar—, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon (EDT).
- English webinar—, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. (EDT).
The webinars will be recorded and all questions received and answers provided will be transcribed and posted on the Buy and Sell website.
Not participating in the webinar sessions will not preclude a bidder from bidding on this RFSO.
