Notice to LITs from the Canada Revenue Agency

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is moving to an agency-wide digital mailroom. After May 28, 2019 our email address (cra-arc_tax-fisc_ins_t-f_g@cra-arc.gc.ca) for the receipt of insolvency-related documents will no longer be operational.
Instead, insolvency-related documents currently being forwarded via email should be sent to us via fax. The three fax numbers currently being used to forward documents will still be available. We are confirming these numbers below, based on the location that proceedings originate.
For proceedings that originate in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories, please send information to Fax (toll free): 1-866-219-0311.
For proceedings that originate in Quebec, please send information to Fax (toll free) 1-800-567-9325.
For proceedings that originate in Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, and Nunavut, please send information to Fax (toll free) 1-866-229-0839.
Additional notifications will be provided to stakeholders through the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP) and through updates to the CRA information page on the OSB webpage.
