Depending on the job you choose and its operational requirements, you can have access to a number of flexible working arrangements that are designed to help you balance your personal and professional interests. Employees have the option of flexible working hours, a compressed work week and even part-time hours. With so many options available, employees are sure to find a working arrangement that fits both their individual needs and those of the Department.
Taking Time Off
When you start as an employee, you'll receive three weeks of vacation leave each year. It's important that our employees volunteer in their communities, and that's why we also provide them with a volunteer day each year as well as an additional day of personal leave. Family-related and sick leave days can also help you to manage personal matters.
Our employees also benefit from excellent maternity and parental benefits: employees welcoming a new child into their family can receive up to one year of leave at 93% of their income.
