Organizing, supervising and conducting the 2004 Expo Hightex Conference, which will be taking place in Montreal September 29 to 30, 2004.

Encouraging Canadian manufacturers and increasing their awareness with regard to the urgency of redeploying/diversifying their current production toward production with better prospects, establishing promising business contacts with domestic and foreign buyers, and collecting strategic information provided by renowned textile experts.

Strengthening the structure of the Canadian textile industry, and increasing and/or consolidating domestic and foreign sales, with positive effects on employment in Canada and increased visibility for the Canadian textile industry.
