No notice of acknowledgment for forms submitted by mail or fax
Corporations Canada does not acknowledge receipt of Form 22: Annual Returns, Form 3: Change of Registered Office Address and Form 6: Changes Regarding Directors filed by mail or fax.
Corporations Canada does not send out copies of the filed form, even if a duplicate of the form has been submitted with a self-addressed stamped envelope.
Notice of acknowledgment for forms submitted online
An automatic acknowledgment by e-mail is sent when a form is submitted through the Corporations Canada Online Filing Centre.
Information on the website
On receipt of Form 3, 6 or 22, Corporations Canada will process the information and update the website. Usually, the updated information will appear on our website within five days of the date of receipt of the form. To confirm that your form has been processed, you can access Corporations Canada's website and click "Search for a Federal Corporation" to verify if the information shown reflects the information you submitted.
