As you may know, Corporations Canada is currently in the midst of a complex computer systems upgrade. When this upgrade is finally completed, some time in the near future, one of the more visible results will be the introduction of a number of service improvements that will simplify and speed-up incorporation-related filings for frequent users.
To take full advantage of these enhancements, recognized organizations that regularly use our Online Filing Centre must apply to Corporations Canada to become a "Registered Intermediary." Note that Registered Intermediary Keys will be issued via e-mail, just prior to the launch of our new computer system. In the meantime, we look forward to receiving your Registered Intermediary application, as well as to working with you in the future to help you provide essential incorporation services to Canadians even more efficiently than you have in the past.
