Note for Form 4006 – Changes Regarding Directors

Use this form ONLY IF your corporation has transitioned into or was created under the new legislation - Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act (NFP Act). Click here to continue.

If your corporation is still under the Canada Corporations Act, Part II (CCA-II) and you would like to update the board of directors, you can only do so when filing the Annual Summary after March 31 of every year. Note that only one Annual Summary can be filed per year.
