Application for Continuance (import) is permitted for a business incorporated under another federal act including:

• Bank Act
• Canada Cooperatives Act
• Cooperative Credit Associations Act
• Insurance Companies Act
• Trust and Loan Companies Act
• a Special Act of Parliament.
