Corporations Canada does not acknowledge receipt of applications, except for online applications, or send you back a copy of the forms you file.

If you file an Annual Return, a Change of Registered Office Address or Changes Regarding Directors, other than online, you can expect the corporation's information to be updated on the online database within five days of receipt.
