Nunavut

The Computers for Schools (CFS) program in Nunavut is administered and managed by N-CAP. N-CAP's mission is to develop and champion sustainable community initiatives and applications using ICTs that enhance economic, educational, social, and cultural opportunities throughout the North. Nunavut's CFS program is a joint partnership between Industry Canada, Nunavut Department of Education, N-CAP, Nunavut Arctic College, and the donating Federal Departments. Though our partnership with Nunavut Arctic College, we are able to locally refurbish and distribute computers and provide hands-on technical work experience to students interested in careers in the Information Technology field.
