Most common fees
Different fees must be paid at various times during the trademark application process. For a more comprehensive list you should consult the complete list of fees for trademarks.
|$330 (includes the first class of goods or service to which the application relates as of the filing date)*
$100 for each additional class of goods or services to which the application relates as of the filing date
|$400 (includes the first class of goods or service to which the request for renewal relates)*
$125 for each additional class of goods or services to which the request for renewal relates
|Statement of opposition||$750|
|Transfer of ownership||$100|
*An additional $100 fee is required if not submitted on-line to the Office of the Registrar of Trademarks.
