- European IPR Helpdesk
The European IPR Helpdesk offers free-of-charge, first-line support on IP matters to beneficiaries of research projects funded by the European Union and European Union small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) involved in transnational partnership agreements.
This is a hub that connects national and regional IP offices, user associations and other IP organizations, which work together to achieve a true trademark and design system in Europe. This means that common practices, services and tools are focused on the needs of IP professionals and rights holders.
Innovaccess is a portal, managed by the EU VIP4SME network, that helps companies and mainly SMEs to recognize the importance of IP and turn intellectual capital into commercial values and competitiveness.
- USPTO – Global Intellectual Property Academy (GIPA)
The GIPA provides IP training in a variety of different topics that focus primarily on enforcement, patents, trademarks and copyrights. GIPA programs are run on a fiscal calendar from October to September and are conducted around the world.
