Cancellation

The Registrar of Trade Marks will accept cancellations of trade marks in the circumstances where the prescribed Form 6 is signed by the duly appointed agent. With this change, the agent (if she or he elects to do so) may now sign for all amendments to the register provided for by Section 40.
