Email communications of hearing correspondence
Following the success of the pilot project of the email communications of hearing correspondence, we are pleased to inform you that this initiative has been permanently implemented. Since March 1, 2017, we have been providing parties scheduled for an upcoming hearing in an opposition or a section 45 proceeding, with an email address to ensure the timely communication of incoming hearing correspondence.
This practice does not provide for an additional method of correspondence with the Registrar, therefore correspondence received by email will not be made of record once it is received.
