The contribution from Canada Economic Development will enable Les Armoires des Monts inc. to increase its productivity and develop new markets. The company's project is divided into three parts: expansion of the existing plant and acquisition of new equipment; implementation of the Kaizen method, a lean manufacturing technique of adapting spaces and the organization of work to maximize performance; and lastly, development of a marketing strategy to enable the firm to make its expertise known on new markets outside of the region.
