Subject: COPYRIGHT REFORM PROCESS
DCMA was a bad idea from the US, why should we have to follow them?
Making ISP liable for the its users actiivity is a dangerous thing. There are a lot of horror stories on the net where people accounts were cut off because the ISP gets a lawyer letter from the big copyright owner. I thought the law says we are innocent until proven guilty. But with big corporation threatening to sue, the ISP buckles very easily.
It's like changing to law to allow banks to sue transport company (or worse yet, car companys) for bank robbery...
