To Industry Canada, the Department of Canadian Heritage, the Intellectual Property Policy Directorate and other concerned agencies:

I'd like to express concerns against CPCDI. I think you get alot of mail 'bout this, so I'll keep it short: this will restrain our privacy, and individiuals rights, so it is deeply wrong...

Isnt that short??? And isnt it right?? stop it!!!
