The Minister of Canadian Heritage and Minister responsible for Status of Women Liza Frulla, and the Minister of Industry, David L. Emerson, issued an Op-ed article on July 15, 2005, clarifying the Government’s treatment of the issue of the educational use of copyright material on the Internet.
