Capital Leasing Pilot Project - Stakeholder Consultations

These studies examine stakeholders' and potential stakeholders' attitudes and opinions on various issues related to the viability, design and usefulness of the pilot project. Lessors, small businesses, bond rating agencies and associations were canvassed for their views.
