Canadian Internet Use Survey (CIUS)

The Canadian Internet Use Survey (CIUS) replaces the Household Internet Use Survey (HIUS), conducted from 1997 to 2003, which focused on households. The new survey focuses on individual Internet use to more closely conform to international standards. This change in focus prevents direct comparison between HIUS and CIUS estimates.
