- Computers for Schools
- Program that refurbishes computers and related equipment donated by governments and businesses and distributes them across Canada to schools, libraries and registered not-for-profit learning organizations.
- Prime Minister's Awards for Excellence in Early Childhood Education
- Award that recognizes Canada's best early childhood educators and promotes their innovative and successful early learning practices.
- Prime Minister's Awards for Teaching Excellence
- Award that recognizes Canada's best elementary and secondary school teachers in all disciplines and promotes their innovative and successful teaching practices.
- VirtualClassroom
- Program that conducts research and development of advanced pedagogy, infrastructure and broadband tools for intelligent learning.

- Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation
- Foundation that provides scholarships to promising Canadian and international students who want to pursue doctoral studies in the humanities and social sciences in Canada. It also provides fellowships to mid-career researchers and mentorships to seasoned professionals who work in the field of public policy.

- Community Access Program (CAP) Youth Initiative
- Program that aims to provide employment opportunities for Canadians between the ages of 15 and 30 — primarily students, recent graduates and the underemployed or unemployed.
- Computers for Schools — Technical Work Experience Program (TWEP)
- The Technical Work Experience Program (TWEP) hires students and recent graduates from college/university information technology programs. The Program provides young people with a minimum of 13 weeks — with the possibility of an additional 13 weeks extension — paid, practical, first job experience in Computers for Schools (CFS) repair centres throughout Canada.
- Small Business Internship Program (SBIP)
- Provides small and medium-sized businesses with financial support to hire a post-secondary student intern to assist them in their adoption of information and communications technologies to increase their productivity and competitiveness.
- Youth Internship Program — FedNor
- Program that provides recent post-secondary graduates with meaningful work experience in both private-sector and not-for-profit organizations that carry out community economic development activities and/or provide support services, information and skills training to entrepreneurs and small businesses across Northern Ontario.
