Terms and Conditions for the Venture Capital Exemption
Terms and conditions fixed by the Minister for the purpose of qualifying for the exemption under paragraph 10(l)(b) of the Act.

Thresholds for Review
Non-Canadians who are subject to the Act must submit either a Notification or an Application for Review. The thresholds determine which form you must submit. They change annually and the amount is published in the Canada Gazette.
