Unable to resolve the matter?
Measurement Canada investigates all complaints related to measurement accuracy and will:
- inspect the measuring device used in the transaction
- determine if the measuring device is accurate
- inform both parties of its findings
If the measuring device is found to be inaccurate, Measurement Canada will require that it be repaired or replaced.
