Exceptions in the copyright Act and certain regulations came into force on September 1, 1999

Sections 30.1 to 30.3 of the Copyright Act came into force on September 1, 1999.

Also, two copyright regulations came into force on September 1, 1999 and were published in the August 18,1999 issue of the Canada Gazette, Part II, Vol. 133, No. 17.
