President — Ensures accuracy of trade measurement, setting marketplace rules and certifying they are effectively and uniformly implemented and respected through administration and enforcement of Weights and Measures Act / Electricity and Gas Inspection Act.
Innovative Services Directorate — Plans, develops, implements and monitors the Agency's quality management systems, technical training and Alternative Service Delivery programs.
Program Development Directorate — Plans, develops and assesses the impact of national policies, procedures and specifications and legislative and regulatory reforms.
Corporate Services — Provides planning and performance evaluation, business applications coordination, client services, communication services, Web publishing and administrative, human resources and financial services.
Engineering and Laboratory Services — Provides engineering consultation and advice, measuring device approval evaluation and measurement standards calibration services.
Regional Offices — Manage the delivery of measuring device inspection, Alternative Service Delivery programs and measurement standard calibration services.
