Consultation: EL-ENG-12-01 — Requirements for the Certification and Use of Measuring Apparatus — Electricity Meter Calibration ConsolesMeasurement Canada is launching a consultation on modifications to and the renaming of S-E-01: Specifications for the Calibration, Certification and Use of Electricity Calibration Consoles. This consultation will be of primary interest to electricity meter calibration console owners and authorized service providers. The consultation period starts on June 19, 2012 and ends on July 19, 2012.
Note: The version of P-E-01 currently posted on Measurement Canada's website is not applicable to EL-ENG-12-01.
The document has been developed by a Measurement Canada/Canadian Electricity Association joint working group.
Measurement Canada is soliciting comments from public and industry stakeholders in regards to the proposed modifications. Please forward comments in writing to the undersigned by July 19, 2012.
