RE: Signature of the Canada and South Korea APEC TEL MRA Phase II
The purpose of this notice is to announce that on December 15, 2017, the Government of Canada and the Ministry of Science and ICT of South Korea signed the APEC TEL MRA for Phase II.
The arrangement includes a confidence-building period of 18 months until June 15, 2019, after which the implementation of Phase II of the APEC TEL MRA between the two countries will commence.
