Speeding up electronic bill payment: A consumer perspective
The purpose of this research is to more precisely document these practices and problems, to examine various solutions by drawing on solutions being used in other countries, and to recommend changes to the systems currently in use in Canada. The findings of the study will also allow consumers and their representatives to shed light on these issues during consultations and other projects in coming years.
