OECD Committee on Consumer Policy

The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Committee on Consumer Policy (CCP) seeks to enhance the development and enforcement of effective consumer policies. It does so by:

It is the only intergovernmental forum addressing a broad range of consumer issues.

The Committee includes senior consumer policy and enforcement officials from OECD governments, including representatives from the Office of Consumer Affairs, and works closely with experts from civil society and the business community. In addition to its semi-annual meetings, the CCP organises workshops on specific issues in which stakeholders from member countries and non-member economies often take part.
