Joanne Harris, Elizabeth McLeod and Robert Moulder are teachers at Brookville Public School in Campbellville. The team developed the Crane unit of study, which integrates mathematics, science, design and technology concepts. Grade 8 students apply these concepts to solve realistic, practical problems. Students developed positive attitudes toward mathematics, science, and design and technology as a result of this program.
