Joanne Tranter

Joanne Tranter teaches a wide range of subjects, including Mathematics and Science, to students from Grade 3 through 6 at Weinos Elementary School in Edmonton, Alberta. She combines space sciences and computers with the curriculum to make the subjects more interesting and fun for her students, who recently took part in the þCanadian National Marsvilleþ project, a cross-country simulation of life on Mars.
