Outstanding Achievements:
Wrote, produced and directed 16 plays for elementary and secondary students.
Developed the Black Magic Mime troupe, comprising Grade 7, 8 and 9 students who have performed at more than 40 Ontario schools and on television.
Contributes monthly to Technology Pathfinder for Teachers and Technology Pathfinder for Administrators; writes extensively for Apple Computer's K-12 education website.
Chairman of The Read In! Foundation based in Riverbank, California, the world's largest on-line literacy telecommunications project with more than a quarter of a million participants in 16 countries last year.
Co-creator of Toward the Technology-Integrated School, a six-day conference sponsored by the Singapore Ministry of Education that included topics such as Web authoring for teachers, digital imaging in schools and integrating Internet resources into lesson planning.
