Outstanding Achievements:

Energizes student learning of French with exercises and activities for listening, reading, speaking, drama, multimedia productions and computer presentations. Reinforces French-language acquisition by offering students a global perspective of the Francophonie, information on jobs available to bilingual students, and exposure to French culture, music and traditions from French-speaking countries in the world. With her encouragement and tutoring, students pursue international travel, Canadian and international exchange programs, summer and university French-language courses, bursaries and scholarships

Coordinates school's international student exchange program, student bursary program and Canadian exchange program and is investigating bringing the Advanced Placement program to school.

Created the extracurricular French club to extend and expand students' French-language skills. Club hosts an international evening with food, costumes, artifacts and entertainment. Students also read in French to primary grade students.

Established and implemented the parent volunteer program, and initiated a community exchange program between elementary students and senior citizens.
