Mr. Kool is often requested to teach the weakest students because of his ability to develop positive attitudes.
Aside from his core teaching assignments, Kool learned content, developed and taught middle school design, food studies and physical education -- subjects outside of his expertise.
He helped the Foundations of the Future Charter Academy grow from a school of 375 students to four campuses and over 1,400 students.
Mr. Kool is a qualified teacher-trainer in the "PEAK" student motivation program. He trained 25 teachers in positive motivation and discipline, supervising/evaluating staff skills in these areas. Mr. Kool also developed assessment tracking sheets, new units for his grade level, learning materials and resources.
