- Seeks to launch a generation of digital learners on a journey of successful and lifelong learning.
- Creates individual education plans with each student and his or her parents. These are based on answers to self-reflective questions such as, "What kind of learner are you: one who cuts wood, stacks wood or creates homes? What gives you joy in life?"
Outstanding Achievements:
- Hosts a series of F2F (face to face) orientations to new technology with students, parents and colleagues and broadcasts them across the province using SmartBoard technology.
- Was awarded Alberta Learning 2007 Excellence in Teaching Award and Smartkids Foundation Innovative Use of Technology Award.
