As of October 4, 2010, all other Professional Radio Operator Certificates will be issued by the Radio Operator Certificate Service Centre. The types of certificates issued by the Centre are:
- Restricted Operator Certificate - Aeronautical (ROC-A)
- Restricted Operator Certificate - Maritime Commercial (ROC-MC)
- General Operator Certificate (GOC)
