The Spectrum/Telecommunications Program of Industry Canada is posting its publications on its website at: http://www.ic.gc.ca/spectrum. Although the copyright rests with the Crown, all the documents downloaded directly from the website may be reproduced intact free of charge.

As of April 1st, 1998, paper copies of spectrum/telecommunications official publications will be available through two (2) suppliers for a fee.

This new initiative is part of our strategy for increased client-focused access. As a result of publishing on the internet, our clients can access our publications quickly and more efficiently across Canada and around the world. Further, the implementation of this initiative presents a business opportunity to private sector suppliers to assume responsibility for paper-based distribution.
